Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction. Contract-related data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship plus 6 years for statutory accounting obligations under Polish commercial law.

3. Terms of Service
Scope of Services
ClearAIEngine provides AI and automation services including machine learning workflow deployment, conversational AI development, data extraction pipeline engineering, and related consulting. All services are governed by an executed Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between ClearAIEngine and the client.
Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, ClearAIEngine assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific deliverables — including source code, trained models, data pipelines, and design assets — directly to the client. ClearAIEngine retains no license or reuse rights over custom deliverables.
Client Obligations
The client is responsible for providing timely access to data sources, API credentials, and domain-specific expertise required for project delivery. Delays in client-provided materials may affect delivery timelines proportionally.
Limitation of Liability
ClearAIEngine's total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered automation systems.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Łódź, Poland.
5. Refund & Reimbursement Policy
Project-Based Services
For fixed-scope project engagements, ClearAIEngine operates on a milestone-based payment structure. If a project is cancelled before the first deliverable milestone is completed, the client is entitled to a full refund of all fees paid. Cancellation after delivery of one or more milestones entitles the client to a pro-rata refund for undelivered milestones only.
Retainer Services
Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period in which notice is given. Any pre-paid months beyond the notice period will be refunded in full within 14 business days.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. ClearAIEngine reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative fees for partially consumed deliverables.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a billing dispute, the client should contact ClearAIEngine at [email protected] within 30 days of the invoice date. We commit to resolving disputes within 10 business days through good-faith negotiation before any escalation.
